Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate/silk cycle using cold water and a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and harsh chemicals. Air dry away from direct sunlight — do not tumble dry. The pillowcase can be ironed on low heat if needed, inside out.

Our silk pillowcase is designed to fit a standard pillow (48cm x 73cm), which suits most Australian bed pillows. If you have a European or king-size pillow, please check your pillow dimensions before purchasing. The envelope closure keeps your pillow securely in place without the need for a zipper.

Apply a few drops of your favourite facial oil or serum to clean skin, then glide the Gua Sha along the contours of your face using gentle, upward and outward strokes. Follow the care and usage instructions supplied with the tool, using gentle pressure. Clean after every use with a gentle cleanser or micellar water and store in a cool, dry place.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used silk items unless they are faulty or damaged.
