Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping of $10.95 Australia-wide. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–4 business days
  • Regional Australia: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your SilkyBare purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at hello@silkybare.com.au before sending anything back.

In your email, please include your order number and explain the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Returns that have not been pre-approved via email will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items provided they are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@silkybare.com.au with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 3-7 working days.
Deliveries to regional, remote, or non-metro areas may take a little longer.

Flat delivery charge of $10.95

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please email first if you wish to return an item. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We’re unable to offer refunds for opened or used products, and exchanges are not available.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t be held liable for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, you’ll be notified and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
