Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@silkybare.com.au prior to returning any item.

Please include your order details and reason for return, and we will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@silkybare.com.au with your order details and the item you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
